The check-in staff were courteous and helpful.
This place was an absolute disaster. The furniture was old and broken down. To. I reported these issues, but nothing was done, and I was left to endure a miserable stay.

Location: the hotel was close enough to local museums and the attractions and downtown area. Furthermore, near sights we wanted to see.

The king room was spacious and had a super comfy bed with pillows that cradled my head just right. The mini fridge was handy for snacks. Location was on point, right across from the Governor's Mansion and super close to a park with summer concerts. Loved that A/C worked amazing too.

i had a quite comfortable experience here, everything was excellent, the location was perfect just off lincoln library and the train line and the attractions. the room i booked was cool and incredible with couch and a refrigerator, as example as expected. the staff was really helpful and extremely helpful in managing every request.
